Who Is the Real Santa Clause?

We had a very exciting Christmas this year. No extra family came, as usual. No company for dinner, as usual. We had one another and time to reflect on memories. It is getting kind of fun as the children grow up. They are able to remember our stories of ancient times now. You know you are getting old when your kids think you are the old ones. How does that happen? I always seem to grow lonely this time of year, just thinking about the relatives I long to see. My children filled that gap this year. We invited the stories of Christ into our home and it made the season complete. What more could our family want except family from out of town and someone to share dinner with??? Perhaps next year

Brian and I have done Christmas alone for years. It is impossible for him to get away from the airlines at Christmas time. So the we all just need to have a reality check. Especially since they cut back on standby flights too!
